Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach David Wells coordinates and supervises all aspects of the weight room and training for any of our athletic programs.  Strength, flexibility and agility are necessary for all student-athletes to excel in their athletic performance.

Coach Wells has open hours in the weight room from 3:30-5:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 2:30-4:30 pm on Wednesday.

Summer classes in session (June 20-July 29)
M-F, 7:30am-1:30pm

Summer classes not in session – M-F, 9-11am
