On Wednesday, April 17, Wauwatosa East Athletics celebrated several individuals that committed to play college athletics next year. Back in November, three other student athletes made their commitment.
At yesterday’s ceremony, two softball players, one track/field – cross country runner and one soccer player celebrated their commitment. The two softball players, pitcher Analiese Glawe, committed to Edgewood College and center fielder, Riely Breider to Ripon College. Tosa East mid-distance runner Abby Wood, will be on the track and field program at Washington University in St. Louis. And soccer athlete, Sydney Halstead, will continue to play with former Tosa East teammate Lilly Brook, at UW-Lacrosse.
Other student athletes are still making decisions as to college athletics and those will be announced as they come into the athletic department.
