As schools will technically be opening come July 1, precautions for weight training and athletic workout guidelines are yet to be established but being worked out currently and should be out soon. Below is the summer workout program that will be available for all to use either at home, school or other gym location. This program is set in two ways, for either a three-day or two-day week exercise routine. We want to build consistency in your performance and while away want to build your foundation so as some exercises are redundant, they all are important to build your strength, speed and flexibility.
