Please review the following guidelines for attending and Wauwatosa East athletic contest.

Wauwatosa School District Winter Spectator Guidelines

 

Contest Attendance Guidelines

SPECTATORS – Each school will receive two tickets per player and coach on the game day roster (household and/or family member-grandparents, etc). Tickets are non-transferable. Spectators will be asked to arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled game time and to leave immediately after the contest is complete.
*Each school will complete the game day roster and spectator list and submit 24 hours prior to the game
Entrance – Building entrance will be at the North doors of the building. (field side) Designated areas for visitors and home fans will be on separate bleachers. Table check in will occur there with signs for spacing out when waiting to enter.
Exits – Home fans will be directed to leave through the east doors (parking lot) from the main gym. Visitor fans will be directed to leave through north doors inside of the main gym on their side. Signs will be posted.
Pedestrian flow – Provide announcements and signage if applicable to address ingress and egress areas and high traffic areas to avoid congestion.
Hygiene – Restrooms in hallway near gym entrance will be available for spectators. Locker rooms will be available for teams one level at a time. Hand sanitizer will be placed at check-in table, bleacher area, score table/bench area.
Seating – Spectators will be directed to sit in groups of two (2) – (Four (4) if multiple coaches/students from same household on team) maintaining social distance from other groups in the bleachers. Announcement reminders will occur throughout event and signage will be posted if possible.
Masks – All spectators, game workers, officials, coaches and players must wear a mask at all times in the facility.
