Wrestlers move on to sectional competition

Three Wauwatosa East wrestlers advanced from regionals to continue their season at the sectional meet at New Berlin West on Feb. 17.  Senior Andrew Radtke will advance at 113lbs weight class, Senior Lathan Hay is at 142lbs and Sophomore Dayton Lewis is at 120, who’s looking to make a second trip to the state individual

Wauwatosa boys swim (East & West co-op) is sending five different swimmers to the state competition.  Representing Tosa East is Ben Meulemans who qualified on the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relay teams. Girls Basketball State Playoff Game

The Wauwatosa East girls basketball team received a 4th seed for Division 2 for their state championship tournament.  They will host Wisconsin Lutheran on Friday, Feb. 23 at 7:00pm.  If they win and advance they will play the winner of Pius vs. Milwaukee Lutheran/Messmer on Saturday, Feb. 24.  Tickets will be $5.00 for anyone attending.

The Wauwatosa Ski Team’s final race was a GS race at Alpine Valley against University Lake School co-op, Brookfield Central, and Badger last Thursday. Brookfield Glacier Hockey Co-op Update

The Brookfield Glacier Girls Hockey Co-op team took 5th place in the Eastern Shores Conference tournament held at Ozaukee this past week. They beat Appleton on Thursday 6-5 in overtime and also beating Lakeshore 4-3. The team has a record of 10 and 13, and have locked up the 4th place seed in the Section
