The Boys Junior Varsity team totaled 135 points to place 2nd out of 9 teams at the Greater Metro Conference JV Outdoor Championship Meet. Brookfield East won with 195 points.

The athlete of the meet for the Red Raiders was freshman standout Maurice Rockette who won 3 individual events and was the member of a 1st place relay. Rockette won the 100m dash in 11.59 seconds, the 200m dash in 24.14 seconds, the Long Jump with a mark of 18 feet, eight and one quarter inches, he was also the anchor leg for the 1st place 4x100m relay along with Jeremiah King, Ronell James, and Dalano Jordan in a time of 46.99 that narrowly beat Brookfield East’s 47.09 at the line.

The 4x800m relay team of Ben Tarrence (2:10.3 PR), Dan Eash-Scott (2:14.8 PR), Jacob Mosey (2:13.3 PR), and Jordan Ferber (2:12.0 PR) won in 8:50.68. Grant Heus won the 1600m run in a time of 4:56.13, Aiden Dodge won the 400m dash in a PR 55.64 seconds, Jeremiah King placed 2nd in the 100m dash (11.83), 5th in the long jump (17′ 10.5″), and 7th in the pole vault (10′ 0″ PR), Liam Nicol placed 2nd in the 3200m run (10:54.90), Jordan Ferber placed 2nd in the 800m run (2:11.99 PR), Grant Heus placed 3rd (2:12.88 PR), the 4x400m relay of Aiden Dodge (56.3), Reed Schubert (58.7 PR), Dan Eash-Scott (56.9 PR), and Jacob Mosey (57.5 PR) placed 3rd in 3:49.56

Derek Watters threw a PR 101′ 8″ in the discus for 4th place, Nick Bartholf placed 4th in the 3200m run (11:06.49 PR), Ben Tarrence placed 5th in the 800m run (2:13.33), Reed Schubert placed 5th in the 1600m run (5:07.60), Ronnie James threw a PR 98′ 10″ in the discus for 7th place, Alec Mahdasian placed 7th in the 400m dash (57.21), and Ronell James placed 8th in the 200m run (25.17).
