Weight Room

Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach David Wells coordinates and supervises all aspects of the weight room and training for any of our athletic programs.  Strength, flexibility and agility are necessary for all student-athletes to excel in their athletic performance.


Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 3:30-5:30pm

Wednesday: 2:30-4:30pm

Refer to in-school video boards and postings by the weight room for specific team time slots during the week.

Fitness Center Hours: same as weigh room hours
